Born in Japan, former veterinarian. Ouma started to send animal drawings after her patient’s dying as a veterinarian. It became more than 100 pictures. She quit her job at the animal hospital after the 2011 earthquake disaster inJapan. She’s been doing art to complete “healing of heart” which is the essence of her work.
